The Snowflake Club is a well organized program offering kids between 8-16 an opportunity to ski or snowboard on the weekends. This is a wonderful program which is offered by Williams Ski & Patio. If your kids enjoy skiing or snowboarding as much as my two boys then I recommend checking out the snowflake club for your kids.
This is a well run program which includes adult supervision, ski/board instruction and bus service on coach buses for kids between 8-16. There are five locations for bus stops - Deerfield, Highland Park, Kenilworth, Lake Forest and Wilmette. Various trips are available for boarding or skiing at different ski areas like Alpine Valley, Wilmot Mountain, Cascade, Devils Head, and Chestnut. I've got one son off to Cascade already and the other one is headed to Wilmot today.
