In my opinion, , timing and knowledge are the keys of selling your home quickly and for the highest possible price.  

My goal is to educate the  Buffalo Grove sellers of the right price to list  their home.  Pricing your home correctly is the single most important factor in selling your home quickly.  As a full time Coldwell Banker real estate agent,   I tour each home that competes with the home I am selling in order to price my listing to be the next home on the market to sell. Additionally since I'm familiar with all the homes that  sold in the area, I can guage the selling price of  the home I am listing( square feet and condition)  compared to the selling price of the homes that recently closed.

Staging and uncluttering  the home is another important aspect I help the seller with when I list a home.  Additionally,  I have a handyman and painter that can fix any small item and freshen up the house.  I will give the seller advice on which areas will give the seller the most bang for their buck.

Marketing of the Home

TOTALLY!! If only sellers would listen...I have so many sellers that think "we can always lower the price, I dont want to leave money on the table" 3 months later an offer comes around for the price I suggest listing it for to begin with ! Now you've made 3 months of house payments and still sold for the price you could have sold the property for in 2 weeks --great blog!
